Forlì, August 2020 - The company Rinieri Srl, manufacturer of agricultural machinery for vineyards and orchards, for more than 100 years, announces that at the end of July it signed the acquisition of 75% of the company Argnani e Monti of Bertinoro (Forlì), in the sector of loaders, dozers and snowploughs, in order to integrate its commercial offer and expand the range of products for marketing and export abroad.
The two historic Forlì companies Rinieri srl and AM of Argani & Monti, exporting worldwide their Made in Italy, had already signed a partnership agreement in 2018, now this further piece aims to significantly strengthen the offer with a high growth potential thanks to the new international markets.

The company Argnani & Monti s.r.l. was founded in January 1965 by Argnani Quirico and Vincenzino Monti who, at that time, recognised the strong and growing need for development in the agricultural sector. In the beginning, most of the work was concentrated on earth-moving machinery and ploughs, but as the years went by, the company concentrated more and more on equipment suitable for land reclamation (dozers, rippers) and for moving (loaders), until it extended its range to include snow ploughs, salt spreaders and excavators. The company's history, evolution and development have enabled it to consolidate its position as one of the leading companies in the sectors of front-end loaders, snow ploughs and salt spreaders for the Italian and foreign markets.
