Fast mechanical weeding in vineyards and orchards with the Bio-dynamic tool holders.
Weed control is essential in vineyards and orchards for both conventional and organic cultivation.
The Bio-Dynamic is a new concept in mechanical inter-row tillage equipment. It is tool holder with a finger weeder designed to a fast mechanical weeding. The machine can reach working speeds of up to 15km/h in optimal conditions.
The fingerweeder is an excellent solution for eliminating soil islands and weeds that may form in the immediate vicinity of the plant. It is also suggested for use on new plants because the rubber fingers do not damage the plant stems.
The Bio-Dynamic weeder is mounted on the rear or front of the tractor using the cat 1-2 three-point hitch and can be either a single or double version.
The Bio-Dynamic consists of a robust frame built in 2 sizes (narrow and wide) for the single model and 3 sizes for the double model and has a trolley with adjustable wheels to adjust the height of the machine and two tool arms.
The basic model of Bio-Dynamic is fitted with two units:
- the front-mounted toothed rollers, rollhacke, we call Bio-Disc, which break up the soil next to the plants where we can adjust the angle of inclination
- the Bio-Star, fingerhacke, the finger weeder, in different sizes and hardnesses, for mechanical inter-row tillage.
Rollhacke and fingerhacke combined with each other remove the grass in all types of planting with high precision and working speed achieved by an idle rotation system that adapts perfectly to the tractor's forward speed.
The weeder with rubber fingers is a good solution for working around the stump, especially in young vineyards or vineyards with very crooked stumps, where the use of others equipments is difficult and risky.
The Bio stars can be of 3 sizes: Ø540 - Ø700 - Ø950 and of three hardnesses:
- red (hard) for all soils,
- yellow (medium hardness) for loose or difficult soils,
- orange (soft) for loose soils, to be chosen according to the type of soil and culture on which they are to be used.
While the discs, rollhacke are: double, triple or quadruple depending on the model and width of work to be performed.
The particular star shape of the Bio-star, fingerhacke and the special composition of the plastic material are the real strength of the Bio-Dynamic and thanks to the iron teeth placed underneath it, it penetrates into the soil underneath the plant performing a complete cleaning of the under-row. Please note that since it is a non-motorised accessory its use must be aimed at loose soil or on young planting beds.
The rollhacke bio-discs are characterised above all by their particularly robust construction, with bearing supports and 2, 3 or 4 galvanised toothed discs made from wear-resistant materials.

On request:
- Rear toothed roller or bio-roll for cutting grass in the row
- Joystick control with hydraulic working angle adjustment kit
- Hydraulic instead of manual adjustment for wheel carriage
- Hydraulic instead of manual adjustment for header inclination
The double machine, Bio dynamic DUO, is equipped as standard with independent hydraulic lateral movement, while hydraulic or manual tilting of the working heads or rear roller for inter-row grass cutting are optional.
Our Bio-Dynamic inter-row fingerweeder is ideal for combating weed growth while guaranteeing precise and effective tillage quality without the use of chemicals.
The Bio-disc and Bio-star working units are easy to assemble and adjust for optimal, fast work and a low cost of ownership. In addition, the Bio-Dynamic tool carrier can be combined with other workheads such as the SRV suckering machine, the SRC compact suckering machine for suspended irrigation systems, the SRL long-wire weeder or the RSI mower wheel.
We were one of the first Italian manufacturers to import the Bio-Dynamic fingerhacke Kult, which is patent-protected until 2021, and we have been producing Bio-Dynamic for more since 2018 with more than 500 machines placed on the international market.
